Happy Birthday Krissy!

18 Months

Parker turned a year and half this month, unbelievable! He is a walking, talking, toddler now

No updated weight and height stats.

Size and Shape: Size 18 months fits just about perfectly for clothes. Size 6 shoes. Size four diapers.

Sleep: Thankfully we still have a good sleeper. He is going to bed around 7:30, and waking up between 6-7 most mornings. He still is taking two naps.

Eat: Parker is eating "mostly" independent now. We offer a fork and/or spoon at every meal, and sometimes he uses it.. and sometimes he prefers 'caveman style'.

Getting Around: Parker is a full-time walker, and soon to be running.

Vocabulary/Favorite Toys: Vocabulary includes:Cookie, Cookies, yes please, more, choo-choo, blankie, juice, thank you. Favorite Toys: Little People Farm, Drums, the piano, Sesame figurines and cars. Parker loves watching The Wiggles, we still haven't embraced this show.. but Parker LOVES it.

Memorable Moments: Watching Parker take his first steps is certainly high on our memorable moments list this month. His vocabulary is improving as well: Mommy, Dad da, wiggle, more, thank you, meow, no way, no no no, down, uh oh. He knows where his head, nose, and belly are.

Parker had his first stomach bug this month (which he then shared with mommy and daddy). Thankfully it lasted less then 24 hours, but it was tough to see him scared.

Parker got to play in the snow for the first time, he thought it was great (and so did Lucy):

Merry Christmas

We spent Christmas Eve at Grammy's and Grampa's and at Uncle Chris and Mary's house. No pictures to share, but Parker had fun opening presents, snacking, and visiting. :-)

Christmas Morning:

We started the morning with a quick cuddle in bed watching Elmo Saves Christmas and then downstairs to see the Tree (which Parker has pulled down and ripped ornaments from frequently this year)! He was wide- eyed as he saw the gifts under the tree, it was very cute. He played his drums right away!

Yes - the tree is tilted (please see above).

Then we were off to Grammy and Grampa's for a delicious breakfast and more presents!

The whole family was there!

Here is a little video of Parker seeing the Christmas tree at Grammy's house, he was SO EXCITED!

After a short nap we headed off to visit with Yia-yia and Papou and the rest of the Pantazis family.

Parker enjoyed a story with Uncle Chris.
