Crawling!

Parker started crawling this week, May 4, 2011 to be exact -- what a proud moment for all of us!!  I still don't have a lot of great video, and the one below is low res as it is from my cell phone.

We had a great Easter Weekend! 

Easter Eve

Saturday night we celebrated Easter Eve at Grammy and Grandpas.  We enjoyed a yummy dinner and Parker finished off the night with a peep and some Easter grass, yum!

Easter Day 

Parker was up a lot on Saturday night (Easter Eve). Maybe he was just excited for the Easter Bunny, or maybe it was the munchkins and peeps that he had during the day. Either way, he was very interested when he woke up and saw his Easter presents! Turns out that the Easter bunny that came to our house fills up baseball caps with Easter treats, just like he used to do at Daddy's house when he was growing up. Parker's cap was filled with bubbles, a book, a movie and a new spoon and fork.  After a long morning nap we went to Church and then over to Uncle Chris & Auntie Mary-Ellen's to celebrate Greek Easter (I forgot my camera) - but we had a great visit and fantastic meal.

Sitting up and Munchkins

Parker has been sitting up on his own for awhile now, but has always needed some assistance getting in the sitting position.  But... as of yesterday (4/22/11) he gets up all by himself.

I thought it would be sweet to stop by Grammy's (before 7am!) and surprise Landon with some munchkins.  It turned out Parker wanted to try some too!
